We offer free shipping across India for all prepaid orders. For COD orders an additional fee of Rs. 69 is charged.
1-2 Days Dispatch
We dispatch orders within 1-2 days. Orders placed on Friday post 12 p.m, are dispatched on following Monday or the next working day.
2-7 Days Delivery
We usually take 2-7 working days depending on your location.
Returns
The Quality Control team at EVN Clothing makes sure each and every product is carefully inspected before it is shipped out. In the rare case that you do receive a defected/damaged product, kindly email a photo of your product within 15 days of receiving the order. Please understand, we will not be able to accept returns if the issue is escalated to us after 15 days.
Exchange Policy:
If the product you ordered does not fit you, you can send it back to us for a free size exchange. Kindly send us your exchange requests on support@evnclothing.in with the title as “Exchange Request”. We will arrange for a pickup of the product from your place. As soon as we receive it, we shall exchange it for the size you want and resend it back to you.
Please note, the product that you want to be exchanged will have to be in the same condition that we sent it to you, without any wash or usage, and it has to be returned in their original packaging within 15 days of delivery.
Return and Exchange:
- We have an easy Return process. Just email us to support@evnclothing.co.in in the format mentioned here Return/Exchange and we will arrange a free pickup ASAP.
- You will have to incur ₹100 as return handling charges.
- For COD returns, we will refund the Product Price amount only.
- We do not offer any refunds on purchases made during our SALE period, however we will be happy to exchange it.
Cancellation and Refund:
- We do our level best to make sure you are satisfied with our product and services. But, if for some unforeseen reason you do not like the product we sent you, kindly speak to our team and send us an email citing the reason for a refund can be issued after we receive the product. It takes about 7-10 working days for a refund for prepaid orders.
- Order Cancellations will have to be made within 12 hours of the order. An email would help us process it further.
